Life Just Keeps Getting Weirder

Hello everyone ... I know it's only been five days since I last blogged, and I had promised "to" a week from my initial one; however I couldn't hold back from telling you what's been going on in my crazy world. "Allie's World" Before I begin though, let me explain why I named this blog entry "Life just keeps on getting Weirder" Well you see I've only been in this planet, oh well about 6 months and I can't help but to think everything is somewhat weird and fascinating. With that said, shall we begin?

We start the week with a visit to my local pediatrician Dr. Fernandez; a beautiful and joyful woman that has been in our families lives for almost twenty one years. (she's been treating my mommy since she was a we little baby). The visitation consisted of a heart murmur heard during my initial newborn well child visit. It's nothing to be alarmed over and it's considered to be a common rarity within babies my age, however my wonderful MD has ordered a referral to a cardiologist to rule out any complications. You know what they say  ... it's better to be safe than sorry, right? So please before you start jumping to conclusions or having panic attacks, be rest assured that I'm perfectly ok.

This is I enduring an EKG, my first ever.

Ahh my wonderful and beautiful Sophia; boy how I love my dearest cousin. We're only five months apart and we're already best friends. I had the honor of spending a few hours with her this week while my auntie Mandy worked. Needless to say, we played and fought for hours over stuffed animals. I tell you ... "Memorable Moments"

My cousin and I

Thai Food! ... who says you don't need a little spice in your life, I know I do. And as mentioned from my previous blog; you've probably figured out by now that my Daddy loves to eat! Well, The "White Elephant Thai Restaurant" is to exception to that rule.  Let me begin by saying that they've got the best Thai food in the Bay Area, and that includes all those hole in the wall places in San Francisco. The customer service is exceptional and there menu is absolutely affordable! And even though I'm not allowed to eat any of these foods, it doesn't stop me from staring at theirs. Nonetheless I took privilege looking at there menu in hopes that one day I shall order.

Patiently Waiting

Well let's just see what I'll have

Let's conclude this episode with the most exhilarating of events for the week. Are you ready for this? ... "Grocery Shopping" I've seriously never seen so much food in my life. If someones chooses to be a gluttonous individual, well now is that time.  We begin by driving to my mommy's newly found favorite grocery store Fresh n' Easy. The names a bit of a oxymoron, but you be the judge. We picked out enough food to feed a circus ... fruits, vegetables, cereal, rice ... you name it. The only bummer part of the whole experience was that you have to bag and scan your own groceries. Hey I can't complain though, it does lower costs.

Last but not least we head over to Costco. (My Daddy's favorite place) Where else can you browse high end electronics while circling the store for free samples; paradise by many peoples definition.  Big bulky items is the goal here ... we grab our goodies and head out.

Roaming the Store

Are they really magically delicious?

Bombarded with Groceries!
Finally home sweet home! Dorothy was right all long, there's no place like it! We settle in, have dinner, and let our little tummy's  digest all those goods.

Wow, now you know what I've been talking about all a long
Hope you enjoyed this entry version of Allie's World. Until next time folks keep healthy and looking good. Love you all!

P.S. I encourage you to subscribe to my blog and leave your comments below or via Facebook. Don't be the one to miss out on one of my updates. Also I'd like to congratulate my Daddy for scoring a new job with First Republic Bank, I couldn't be more proud of him.
